Well thanks to all for your new fresh ideas for my blog. I will keep checking to see any new comments.

Vashti wanted to know who mom #2 is. Well it isn't Susan, but you still know her. Marsha of course.

Growing up my mom and dad had some very close friends. We vacationed with them and spent quite a lot of time with them. My high school years they were at our house it seemed like more often than not. They were there when I would be getting ready for dates or at my sports games. I remember getting ready for grub tolo my freshman year and I had a "bob" cut, so I was working on getting it to maximum poofy and I came out of the bathroom to my date waiting in the family room. And Larry (Marsha's husband) says your hair is finally big enough? He was notorious for embarrassing me. Once he dressed up all crazy and came to my basketball game as my "biggest fan". The pictures are actually pages out of my scrapbook my big hair on Grub tolo night and Larry is on the other page. Sorry Marsha I have no pictures of you crazy as that may be :)

Writer's Block

I have ran out of material. I usually like to blog about kids here and there, funny things that happen to me, and other odd stories. I like to do about two blog posts a week to keep mom #2 happy. I'm afraid my life is a little boring right now. It seems very routine, which is good, but bad for the blog. I rack my brain trying to come up with something entertaining and I am failing. So I came up with an idea. Here's where you come in, help me come up with some new stuff. Leave a comment if you want a blog post about something. Questions you've been dieing to ask me. If it's personal email me :) And let's make sure to keep it clean, my kids read this.

Betrayed by a friend

My good friend Vashti tricked me somehow into thinking it would be a good idea to do her boot camp squat count down from 10 to 1 while you die game. At the time I kept thinking this really kills right now, but I'll be fine tomorrow right??!! I play basketball 3-4 times a week, I'm in good shape. WHATEVER!!! Last night I thought wow I am pretty sore. I kept telling the kids "be careful with me I did squats for like 30 minutes today" while they climbed all over me. This morning though, is way worse. There will be no mopping done today as planned and to be quite frank if the kids are bathed and fed they will be lucky. I will not give up though I will endure and I will do it again next week. I will not be defeated by the squats. PS I am hoping that Vashti is really sore today too :) Is that bad?

Daylights Savings - shoot me now!

I think that Daylight savings is a conspiracy to ruin one weekend a year for mothers with young children. Little did I know that one hour we lost Sunday would have such an influence on the rest of Sunday and then into Monday. This morning let's just say it was a memorable one :) Not one that I would take pictures of and scrapbook by any means. I would rather have jet lag than daylight savings because at least that meant that I had been somewhere probably hot and with a pool overlooking the ocean with an endless supply of virgin pina coladas,a good book in my hand,while I suntan on the edge of that pool listening to the sound of the ocean...maybe in a perfect world a Macys (having a one day sale of course) to my right and a PF Changs to my left. A girl can dream right.

Half Vampire

Diesel is such a kick in the pants. He really has a fun personality. He also has HUGE canine teeth. I keep thinking it was while I was pregnant with him that I read all the Twilight books. I was a huge fan of Edward (until they had Robert Patterson play him - yuck). Anyway I think they make his smile so cute. He gave me quite a hard time when I was trying to get these pictures of him :)

Funny Thing

I told the girls yesterday that if it was as nice a day tomorrow as it was today we will go to the park...I woke up to it snowing. I am ready for a nice spring. The kids are a little older now and we are ready to get out and explore.

I love company perks

This past week Wynden and I got to go to Portland on business (well he did and I tagged along). It was a Windermere convention. We stayed at a fancy hotel, ate way too much food, and were in walking distance of a mall and any other huge department store you could ever think of. If you want to see a great Ross store, go to Portland. Apparently it is a little too far for the Canadians, so it looks like a Nordstroms inside, so clean and orderly, I had to do a double take. It was nice and relaxing. Thanks to V for watching the kiddos they love her and feel so comfortable with her that I don't have to stress while we're gone. Now back to reality...At least the sun is shining.
